Look for those professionals who have a reputation for elegant design and thoughtful, high-quality construction. Find an experienced group of creatives that have a vast portfolio of both residential and commercial projects. Usually, they will also have a loyal, select group of sub-contractors they use and depend upon for superior workmanship.
This is where experience and great referrals pay off greatly.

Ask about their design philosophy; Does it combine function and form to pursue true architectural design to enhance your lifestyle?
