Lamington Falls- Tewkesbury
Nestled in the historic village of Pottersville in Tewksbury Twp, NJ, this elegant collection of 28 townhomes rests on 13 acres of scenic land. These homes are nearby the winding Black River and are surrounded by woods and open space. The village of Pottersville was settled in the 1700's and is flanked by numerous farms and country estates that I have been describing.
Lamington Falls offers four spacious models ranging in size from 2,671 to 3,020 square feet. All homes have two-car garages and some have basements. Many homes have dramatic two-story entryways, two-story living rooms, libraries, a breakfast room, 9' ceilings, lavish master baths, and fireplaces. Some have first-floor master suites. One model offers 3 bedrooms, a study, and a loft.
These homes are located close to the shopping villages of Tewksbury, Bedminster, Pluckemin, Far Hills, and Bernardsville New Jersey. Lamington Falls is conveniently located close to Routes 202, 523, 517, 78 & 22 as well as near many golf courses, parks, and equestrian events. Homes are usually priced from $600,000 to $700,000.
Black River General Store- a bit of nostalgia in Pottersville- all ready for a garden party when you are!
63 acres was finally preserved in the Mountainville section of Tewkesbury, on Water Street. "Adding this wonderful preserve to the register of open space in Tewksbury is a win for the community." The Township’s support of the Land Trust in its deer management program will help ensure that this property is stewarded in accordance with the best practices of Land Trust Alliance guidelines. The land also has high conservation value as a wildlife habitat, groundwater recharge area, and steep slope protection area. It is mostly wooded and contains pristine tributaries of the Rockaway Creek, a trout-producing stream that flows into the Raritan River, a clean drinking water source for 1.8 million in the state.
