WARREN TOWNSHIP (not to be confused with Warren, NJ) was voted #1 Best Place to live in Central Jersey and #2 in the State, in 2013.  With a strong sense of "rural" character, it is located a mere 35 miles from Manhattan. Places within the township include Dock Watch Hollow, Mount Bethel, Round Top, and Warrenville.  Homes are newer, larger, and situated on one to 3 acres of property with the feeling of small-town friendliness; the best of all worlds!  There are many colonials that once sat on larger farms giving the area an overall charming ambiance.

There is a vibrant, four corners shopping plaza nearby (Flags Plaza) but the town itself does not have a strolling street sidewalk, per se.  Residents enjoy a small business atmosphere with shopping, restaurants & boutiques as well as health facilities.  The Warren Health & Racquet Club nearby offers tennis, racquetball, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with personal training sessions offered. 

Education Overview: Watchung Hills Regional High School is a top-notch public high school voted a Blue Ribbon school- Its campus is large and houses a state of the art Health Service Department consisting of school nurses and a school physician on staff.  They provide health education, health services, health environment, and mental health counseling as well as a rigorous curriculum for those seeking higher education.

Pingry School (located nearby) is a coeducational, college-prep country day school with its Upper Campus (6-12) offering an equally rigorous curriculum that is organized clearly and structured logically to stimulate intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.  A challenging prospect- but a meaningful one for anyone wishing to move to this lovely town...I love Warren!

Less than 35 miles to Manhattan makes this a favorable suburb for commuters. Access to major highways is easy, being well-positioned between routes 78, 288, and 22.
